Food - The tilapia with the cannelini beans was so tart that it was difficult to eat. The potato gnocchi was way too doughy. The arancini was one big ball of rice but nevertheless it was tasty.
Service - Service took way too long. We were there for approx 2.5 - 3 hours, mostly waiting for our food and then for the check. Also they charge you a cake service fee ($3) even if you only store your cake in their refrigerator. It is a place I frequently take guests for a casual dinner. Every entree has been well-prepared, properly seasoned, and attractively presented. Service is friendly. Fiorella's takes reservations only for parties of six or more, and the wait can be substantial during prime time. Go either early or late for prompt seating.November 29, 2016
