Not once did bartender or wait staff ask if we wanted a second drink, additional food, water, dessert, etc. Served the meal without napkins, utensils (had to ask). Bartender left previous customers half-eaten dinner plates on the bar next to us, until maybe 15 min into the meal. Not busy; maybe 4 other customers, 1 bartender and 2 wait staff. Makes you wonder how they stay in business.
