- 1 / 5By Lyvia ChrikiReally bad costumer service. Had Peets coffee that was ground wrong at another Peets. Asked that this branch grind me new coffee and the manager would not do it. While this may be somewhat understandable, she was very rude about it, said she couldn't help me, and just walked away. I worked at Starbucks for over 5 years and know this is not how costumer service works. This is not how you earn more costumers. I am usually a Peets fan but I will choose Starbucks over Peets in this location in the future.March 10, 2017
